Types of Memberships

• Processor Membership is open to individuals, firms and/or corporations that manufacture, process or distribute milk or dairy products.
  
• Affiliate Membership is open to processors who are not eligible for and elected to processor membership, and who manufacture and process milk or dairy products.
  
• Associate Membership is open to individuals or firms that own or operate dairy machinery, supply companies or other suppliers to the dairy industry.

Dues by Levels

Processor Dues - Maximum annual dues are $3,600, minimum dues are $500

(based on a schedule of dues of .00035 of the total volume annual dollar sales for main plant)

Open to all persons, firms and corporations engaged in good faith as its principal  business in the manufacture, processing or distribution of pasteurized fluid or powdered milk or ice cream. Processor member companies in good standing may annually nominate a director to serve on the board of directors who shall have one full vote. 

Processor - Additional Plants Dues - $500/plant

Affiliate Dues - $500

Open to all persons, firms and corporations who are engaged in the manufacturing  processing of fluid or powdered milk or ice cream, or who supports the industry. Affiliate members shall be entitled to attend meetings of the Association but are not eligible to vote or serve as an officer of the Association.

Associate Dues - $125

Open to any person, firm or corporation exclusively or substantially engaged in the sale  of dairy supplies, equipment, or services as used by the dairy industry, and who  sell or distribute such supplies, equipment, or services, are eligible for Associate Membership

Bundle Information:

• A bundled membership covers multiple employees within a company.
• If you prefer to pay monthly or quarterly please download a membership application and mail it to the association office, along with your payment.
• Contributions to ADPA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes; however dues payments may be deductible by members as an ordinary and necessary business expense.  ADPA estimates that the non-deductible portion of your dues – the portion allocable to lobbying – is 20%.
