ADPA Annual Dairy Convention Terms
Waiver of Liability
The undersigned, in consideration of his/her registration at the ADPA Dairy Convention, releases, holds harmless and discharges the associations, management staffs and their agents, from any and all actions, claims and demands which may arise out of an accident, casualty or occurrence during said convention. Your signature below acknowledges acceptance of these provisions of registration for all those listed on this form.
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel, please see the cancellation policy and refund schedule below for deadlines.
Cancellations
Cancellations and requests for refunds for registrations should be sent to info@drinkmoremilk.org.
After your registration cancellation request has been processed, you are responsible for contacting the hotel and making changes to any reservations.
Refund Schedule
• Request received on or before August 14: Full refund minus $25 processing fee.
• Request received between August 15 and September 9: Refund is 50% of the registration fee.
• September 10: No refunds after this date.
